23.01.2022 Pulling down the back bar, featuring the Fleurieu Distillery Ecto Gammat and Atlantic Crossing whisky Situated on the waters edge in the river port of Goolwa is Fleurieu distillery. It is here the whisky develops expressive maple and vanilla oak overtones mixed with spicy sea-air aromas. Single batch expressions open now are the Ecto Gammat - which is medium-peated port and sherry cask matured, and the Atlantic Crossing - which is a lightly-peated and port barrel matured.... Swing past and try it!

It almost always consists of meat, which is usually roast beef or fried seafood, often shrimp, crawfish, fish, oysters or crab. The meat is served on New Orleans French bread, known for its crisp crust and fluffy center. Ours are filled with 12 hr smoked beef brisket........... Drooling.... See you tomorrow!
