24.01.2022 Take a look into todays workout (Friday 10/05/19) Today we had an Amazing race workout. Each participant had to complete the attached circuit in order to get a word. First person to spell the sentence wins! A fitting sentence as well. Fitness is a journey for life. Something that the No Limits Bootcamp crew certainly beleives in. Today one of our oldest members won (controversially i must add). This just goes to show that your age does not define your fitness capabilities.... No Limits Bootcamp does and will continue to cater for all ages, fitness levels and will welcome anyone into our community. Come and see what we have to offer.
