21.01.2022 GOOD FRIDAY APPEAL BOOTCAMP FUNDRAISER https://fundraising.virtualtinshake.com/no-limits-martial-a Hi All, ... I sincerely hope this message finds you all well and coping OK. I just wanted to reach out to let you know about a fundraising event we are running on Monday morning (Easter Monday) that I would love you to be a part of. Every year the team at No Limits run a Bootcamp session as a fundraiser for the Good Friday Appeal with 100% of the proceeds going to the cause. It’s my belief that even in times of personal struggle we need to remember to stay focused on contribution to others. Charities are suffering due to current circumstances as much any business or individual. Charities such as the Good Friday Appeal rely on the events of the public to raise funds that are needed to assist with the services at the Royal Children’s hospital, keeping both children and families supported under such trying times. As a mother myself who has been fortunate to never have dealt with a child being sick, if you sit and think for one moment it’s not very hard to put yourself in the shoes of these children, parents and families and feel heartbreak and compassion. As a community I would love to play a small role in assisting with the efforts of the GFA again this year. On Monday 13th of April (Easter Monday) I will be running an Online Zoom Bootcamp session at 10am. Who’s the session for? The session is suitable for all Fitness levels and will be doable in the comforts of your own home. I invite our Junior, Teen, Adult students, Parents alongside any non members who would like to join in on the session so feel free to share to friends and family. Cost of session: We are asking participants a donation of $15 to participate in our zoom session. How do I donate? have attached the link below to our virtual tin where all donations go directly to the GFA, click on the link and follow the prompts. Time of Session: 10am 10:45am I have never used Zoom before! It’s very easy to use, if you download the zoom app onto the device you are wanting to use for the session. Access the email on that device and it will automatically take you to the session. How do I register? Please either email me at [email protected] or private message me on messenger the name of participants, a contact email address and confirmation of donation and I will send you through a link for the zoom session by Sunday evening. 12.01.2022 A great turn out to our Annual Beach training for 2021 this morning at Carrum beach! Training in the elements together adds another layer to our growth as karate ka. I am super proud of our students for their dedication to their training and not allowing the discomfort of the cold, wind and rain to deter them from an opportunity for growth both physically and mentally!!
