22.01.2022 Technique Tuesday--Bent over row Tips: - Hips back - Engage core throughout exercise (don't let back drop or curve)... - Knees shoulder width apart - Arm stretched - Movement = retract shoulder backwards, tuck shoulder blades in together, elbow in towards the body (don't flare out) Breathing = in when relaxed (down) and breath out when squeezing in (up) Slow and control to feel the muscles and shoulder blades tucking in together. Reps 8-12 Sets 3-4 Add this into your workout for those back gains, the posterior is superior. You won't get back pain if you do this correctly.
