This will sit in the pot now until tomorrow when we’ll freshen it up with boiling water and then pour over some gently heated soy milk. You’ll lose some tea potency, but your spices will shine through even stronger than your last brew. If you’re like us, and our chai, and you enjoy the flavour of the black tea as well as the spices, just add a teaspoon of black tea to the pot. ...
