05.01.2022 Today we are putting together our 2019 Beechworth Skin Contact White Blend. This wine is a blend of Marsanne and Viogner from the Battely Vineyard in Beechworth. Picked and Fermented together on skins and pressed after 270 days. It will be bottled shortly unfined and unfiltered. There is no other way to describe this wine than an experiment.
