These guys offer authentic cooking classes in a lush landscape and even have there own organic vege garden. They support the local farms and use there own fresh produce. Amazing experience for everyone.Check them out!!

21.01.2022 Oaks Central Handover Today Thank you to Paul Kelly Developments & Bryant’s Constructions for bringing us on board to design, spec, supply and install all bar and kitchen equipment for the new roof top bar and kitchen to accommodate 47 apartments. NSS have got FNQ covered. Well dome to my team @renneeeeee @sambo0012010 @johnnsscatering @bil_sheriff @joelbarrington894 @becshappyplace , everyone extremely happy. 20.01.2022 Southern Suburbs Junior Rugby League and Southern Suburbs Rugby League Club Inc. were successful in securing a combined total of $61,000 in Queensland Governmen...t funding via the Gambling Community Benefit Fund. It was great to catch up with the clubs’ presidents Brett and Luke to hear about their plan to install a commercial kitchen in their new Alley Park facilities. Local fabricator Nomad Stainless Steel will complete the works which will include new benches and counter space, upright freezers and cooking equipment like grills, exhausts, and fryers. A commercial kitchen will create opportunities for onsite catering at large scale regional events like the Nate Myles Cup. The kitchen will also benefit other groups, including the Gordonvale Touch Association and Souths Football Club Inc. It‘s great to see Alley Park becoming a destination sporting precinct for the south side, and the clubs are working well together to embrace their shared space. I’m looking forward to joining the Alley Park user groups at a future official opening of their new facilities, which were recently blessed at a smoking ceremony by Uncle Frank Royee.

On this project we fabricated a full custom stainless steel bar and custom wine shelving, as well as supplied quality gear from @middlebycorporation & @hoshizaki.lancer We can’t wait to see what’s next

09.01.2022 The Nomad Team is pumped to have been given the opportunity to work together with @keirqld on the MacKillop Stage 4 project We are working on the new canteen, hospitality & food science rooms and we can’t wait to share the end results once all the catering equipment and stainless steel is in!! Another big project on the go is a great way to start the year and we are looking forward to seeing what the rest of 2021 brings!

07.01.2022 NSS would like to say a big thanks to Klaus Brucksch and Cecilia Brucksch for creating this amazing kitchen together. Working with their design and incorporating a few of nomad ss ideas it has turned out All frame work, shelving and benches in ss including mahogany and silk wood cabinet doors and tops. Very happy with the finished product. Cecilia has a chef background so we included commercial kitchen equipment from our suppliers team Moffatt to give her the flexibility for all cooking applications and even wash the dishes in 2 minutes. Taps are missing but you know plumbers be there soon. Thanks to team NSS, you have done it again.

They have move from the markets now to the left hand side as you drive into Kuranda. Can’t miss them in their amazing new premises now as Petit Passage.
