Here is what Alex thought of our 7 course degustation: Wow! Last evening, we were transported to the region of Emilia-Romagna in Italy as part of No Menu "Il Giro D'Italia 7 Course Dinner" prepared by Owner/Chef Maurizio Ciano and what a fantastic dinner experience it was dining on some very unique and authentic Italian di...shes from a region known for its finest food traditions! This 'Brasato Di Manzo (Braised Boneless Beef Neck with a spiced broccoli puree) for example was just one of the spectacular dishes showcased! Utterly tender, authentically rustic and packed with a myriad of flavours , this dish capped off what was a very fine night of gorgeous Italian food! Seriously, if we had closed our eyes and eaten this dish, we would have sworn we were in a cucina somewhere in Italy! Their handmade 'Tagliatelle al ragú di salsiccie (Tagliatelle w/ sausage ragú sauce )' was cooked perfectly al dente and their 'Regional Board' (Parma Prosciutto, Parmigiana-Reggiano , Mortadella e Riduzione Di Balsamico) which kick started the evening was delicious!
