24.01.2022 The current Member for Youth, Sport, and Recreation is celebrating another milestone today. Happy Birthday Boris (aka Geoffrey) from all of us. A new portfolio may be on the cards for this esteemed Member due to his kids no longer being "kids" and therefore his near full time need to ferry them to their various sporting activities being not as necessary these days.

20.01.2022 Might be a bit close to camp but new idea Divot

19.01.2022 Well, well, well.....this was a first. We got SNOWED out and my tent half collapsed under the weight of snow....BUT...the story from the beginning....on Friday 9/4 at 4pm Max and I received a distress call from Divot. He had taken a wrong turn and got his brand new Land Cruiser (and a trailer load of wood), bogged at the corner of Black Range Track and Block 6 Road (see photo below)... It was supposed to be 8 minutes away, but then we got lost !!.... and finally 4 hours later... we finally were able to winch and snap strap him out (sans the trailer load of wood) after multiple attempts, and other mishaps.... The Kimberley excelled !!.....Thanks Rog for the recovery kit and installing the winch onto the Kimberley.....Divot sends his appreciation....On Saturday morning we drag chained some logs to camp to stay warm. On Saturday night it was freezing, and by Sunday morning it was minus 2 degrees and snowing. We abandoned the camp at 8am Sunday, threw everything aboard wet and covered in snow.
