23.01.2022 Via @namastehannah Can we please stop judging people from the way they dress themselves? It feels like whatever you wear, there is someone who doesn’t like it. So please just wear whatever you feel most comfortable in. You are loved.

23.01.2022 Via @alexlight_ldn These kind of messages make me sad. Yes, I feel happy that my content has prompted someone not to skip a meal, of course. But I’m sad that considering skipping a meal is something so many of us have to face. You ALWAYS deserve to eat. And yes, even if: ... - you binged the day before - you haven’t exercised - you’re not hungry - you’re not happy with your body - you feel like you don’t Because: - your body needs food to survive - food, or specifically a lack of food, should never be a punishment - you don’t have to earn the right to eat; eating is one of your basic human rights - your body is always worth taking care of - your worth is not tied up with how much you eat. 19.01.2022 Via @isabelladavis6 If you’re offended by this photo then you probably think the female body is offensive. My body bleeds. It is lined with razor bumps, pimples, pubic hair, cellulite, hip dips, scars, stretch marks and bruises. This is a real, normal body and should be celebrated in the media and society instead of shamed. Show me real bodies. Show me raw. Show me reality.

18.01.2022 Thank you for the love you gorgeous woman! We adore you too x Reposted from @redheadwayfarer - My name is Saloni Chopra, the last person I stalked online was @nonairbrushedme What about you?... @nonairbrushedme happens to be one of my personal favourite accounts. Real people, real women. No airbrush. What you see, is what you get. I said this in my story yesterday, and here’s a reminder - filter who you follow and what you get inspired by on the Internet. That doesn’t mean you shut yourself to ideas you disagree with, no, in fact, follow people that challenge your mindset and make you question things. Follow the people who’d opinion you often disagree with. Follow pages that give you knowledge. Follow real accounts. Follow those that make you feel good about yourself, while still making you want to be a better you in the future. But if all you follow are models and luxury lifestyle and beauty bloggers and film stars that are limited to OOTD - then you will eventually feel miserable about yourself, your life, your goals, your body, your status. Constantly comparing yourself to their standards of life will only make you hate yourself, and set up unrealistic life and partner goals - stop, that’s almost self abuse. Filter what you follow. Find a balance; but most importantly, make sure you’re growing and evolving every day from the pages and accounts you choose.

17.01.2022 Reposted from @ownitbabe - Since it’s almost time for our next vacation, I wanted to post this photo from last summer that made a lot of people uncomfortable It was really interesting to read all the comments that called me a lazy fata** and a fat pig alongside other names that I don’t even want to mention here Needless to say, I didn’t feel great about the backlash, but I knew that their reaction was coming from a place of fear. Seeing a woman in a bikini being comforta...ble and happy without striving to look like a supermodel made them feel puzzled and shocked. Seeing a candid, real-life photo of a person hanging at the beach and looking normal felt unfamiliar to them. * Luckily, a lot of other people commented feeling relieved that there was someone out there that didn’t follow the bikini diet and simply enjoyed hanging out at the beach, eating yummy food, swimming in the ocean and playing beach volleyball in her bikini without worrying about her cellulite or belly rolls. * And those are the people I am posting this for You have permission to not participate in New Year diets and bikini detoxes and I really hope you won’t. Life is a lot more fun when we stop depriving ourselves . . . ____________________________________________ #bikinibody #vacationmode #wintergetaway #antidiet #nonairbrushedme #normalizeallbellies #healthynothungry #bodyconfidence #bodyimage #bodyacceptance #beachday See more

13.01.2022 Via @allisonkimmey - Can we get real for a minute? Like really real. Because I’m here before you sharing things that are normally stuffed away hidden from the world, but I need you to see me. And I need you to hear me. You guys wanted to talk about plus size fitness. And I want to start here. Before we go any further. I want to talk about two things: First, body movement is not a punishment. It is not a war against your body. It is not to be used to harm yourself into moldi...ng into society. And while it is expected that every bigger body must be on a specific plan to get smaller, that in fact is not your purpose on this earth and it’s time to stop letting it take over our lives. Next, there is joy in movement. When we meet it in a joyful place. With no expectations for the outcome except to FEEL GOOD. Not look good, friends - let’s just throw that out. Because remember from my first point - that’s not the rent you pay to exist here. K let’s keep going: you have to move your body with the intention of feeling good, and without expectation that it will become smaller. Or change in any way - you must be open to that happening, but not dependent on that happening. And lastly. When you go to move, you’re going to MOVE. Like everything is going to move. And you’ve probably been hiding from the softness of your body. But when it’s moving, and jiggling, and hanging - you can’t hide anymore. But that’s you, babe. Just like its me up there. You won’t look like the people in the videos or on the apps or in the classes. But don’t let that discourage you. Just remember that you are going to feel good. And that you’re going to feel your body. And that you are worthy of feeling joyful, in all your glorious movement! So just do you babes! And let it all hang out. And get your move on. 12.01.2022 So much LOVE for this! Reposted from @raeannlangas - #Bodypositivity. It's a term that is thrown around a lot on social media (I use it almost daily). The hashtag has been used over 2 Million times on Instagram alone. I think through all of this, the meaning behind the words has gotten a bit lost and misunderstood. I am really curious to learn what you guys immediately think of when you hear the phrase "body positivity." From the start, it was simply changing your mindset... and seeing your body in a positive way rather than always thinking about it negatively. For me, it's understanding that your value as a human being does not come from what you look like on the outside. It's a constant journey of learning to accept your body for what it is so that you don't let your insecurities hold you back from living life. It's also striving to be your best self. I think being body positive looks different for everyone because we each have areas about ourselves that make us insecure. For me, that was my weight and my size. It has been a long journey to feel confident and happy in my body but I'm also striving to do better. I want to give my body the love it deserves through exercise, diet, and mindfulness. What does the term "body positivity" mean to you? See more

06.01.2022 Reposted from @bodyposipanda - It's come to my attention that some people are only following this page to keep me up to date on the fluctuations of my own body! To those people I'd like to say: Thanks for all your hard work hun, but I no longer require your weight tracking services. Perhaps that energy could be better spent unpacking why you enjoy policing women's bodies so much instead of just living your own life?¿ Just a suggestion. All the best, Bodyposi-are-we-seriousl...y-still-doing-this-shit-Panda [image description: a photo of Megan wearing white lingerie and standing on a white staircase, looking down at the camera below her. There are two Instagram comments pasted onto the picture, one reads "you're getting slimmer and slimmer, it seems like you actually don't think that your fat is cute" and the other one reads "you are getting fatter everyday. yuck"] #bodypositive #nobodyshame #killingitateverysize See more

02.01.2022 There are a lot of companies I have worked with in my 4 years as the Director of @nonairbrushedme. But never, have I worked with one that aligns so much with my passion and commitment to making the positive changes we need to see in society, in representing diversity in beauty, and empowering women to love the skin their in. This company is @swimweargalore. I have been inspired by them for such a long time, and now, to have been able to work closely beside them, I feel tru...ly blessed. Their support and generosity in collaborating with me in running a model search to celebrate the launch of our model agency @nonairbrushedmemanagement has been so overwhelmingly beautiful, I can not thank them enough. And here Caz, director of Swimwear Galore and I are today, surrounded by the stunning winners of our model search, feeling super empowered together to both be taking action, and showing this universe that beauty comes in every form. Women supporting women, changing the world together.
