24.01.2022 Today I joined two of my younger clients to cook chicken filos and raw coconut cheesecake. We started the day off at a coffee shop enjoying their bliss balls and discussing the lesson. I gave both girls their cooking folders and off we went to the grocery store. Both girls collected all the ingredients using the shopping card I supplied in their recipe folder. We discussed the food and the prices. Once we went back to prepare the food both girls were very eager and did eve...rything themselves. We cooked and sang along to Britney Spears- one of the girls favourite artists. I am providing these lessons under NDIS funding if you are covered for cooking and interested in lessons please DM me. I checked in with our member bill who is our go to BBQ extraordinaire for a few Q&A: So Bill what is your favourite sausage combination?... Tomato, Bacon and Beef How do you cook the perfect sausage? Just make sure they are cooked all the way through, or people get upset with you BBQ or Pan fried sausages? BBQ And your BBQ fail? When I turned the gas on and it went boom and there were flames everywhere Thanks Bill!!!
