23.01.2022 I promised a customer that I would share a DIY lip balm recipe, and you can now find it on our site. . . You may not know, but I am a Certified Health Coach and started my natural living journey 7 years ago now... The very first "product" I made for myself and my family was lip balm! .... Over the years I have added and tweaked this same base recipe to create chest rub, eczema balm, dry skin salve and coloured balm. . . 22.01.2022 Do you suffer from the dreaded Panda Eye? As an avid wearer of eyeliner and mascara and a random pool "jumper inner", I am known for the Panda Eye. It looks really cute on Panda's, just not on me. It reminds me of my 20's... and no, I won't explain that to my kids. ... I have a pretty easy going makeup removal technique, created out of sheer exhaustion in the evenings, topped with a glass of vino and I will literally give my face 3 minutes. So here goes! You will need, Organic Cococnut Oil and No Nasties Home Facial Rounds. How to complete said 3 minute routine? - Rub about a teaspoon of coconut oil into the palm and fingertips to warm it up. Chunky coconut oil on facial skin is not fun. - When it is all warm and oily, gently massage into your face. I rub in small circles and then is a very professional sweep across the cheek bones and down the side of my nose - which I made up myself. - Dampen a facial round with warm water and gently remove eye makeup first. They are soft (unlike chunky cold coconut oil) and you can literally clean right into the eyelash line. Rinse and repeat as necessary. - Then using a fresh facial round, again dampened with warm water, gently remove all the coconut oil and with it comes the makeup! I finish off with a few drops of Organic Rosehip Oil or when my skin feels like an old leather backpack, our Wondery Skin Food Sleep Face! Hasta La Vista Panda Eye! x Nat

15.01.2022 I remember when I started on the journey of natural living 6 years ago, actually maybe 7... and then more eco living too. It was like entering the worlds biggest store, with lots of marketing being thrown at you and varying opinions... . . I started with all of my cosmetics, because that felt the simplest to me.
