On a medium heat, place all the ingredients (except for Shin Red noodles and cheese) into a pot with the sauce and 4 cups of water. 2. When it starts to boil add Shin Red noodles and cheese on top of the ingredients and cook for about 4-5 minutes. 3. Serve with steamed rice and enjoy!

Ingredients and method are below take a photo of your sandwich creations and tag us! #quarantinecuisine #isoramyun #nongshimandchill #nongshimrecipes Ingredients 1 pack of Kimchi Ramyun Handful of kimchi, chopped and drained... 1 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp butter, softened 2 slices of bread 2 slices of cheese, any kind 1 fried egg 1 chopped spring onion Method 1. Cook the Kimchi Ramyun noodles and vegetable flakes in boiling water for about 3 minutes, or until soft. 2. Drain the noodles and place them back in the pot or in a bowl. Pour half the soup base over the noodles. Toss to combine and set aside. 3. Heat tablespoon olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Crack egg into the pan and cook on both sides. Once cooked, set aside. 4. Heat another tablespoon of oil in the frying pan over low heat. Spread softened butter on the outside of both slices of bread then place in the frying pan. 5. Pile each slice of bread with a slice of cheese. Cook until bread is toasted and cheese has melted. 6. Remove grilled bread with cheese to a plate or cutting board. Pile as much noodles on the slice of bread as you like. Add chopped kimchi, fried egg and spring onion on top. Close the sandwich with the other slice of bread and press together firmly.

Take a snap of your creations and make sure to tag us! #quarantinecuisine #isoramyun #nongshimandchill #nongshimrecipes Ingredients 1 pack of Shin Ramyun 2 tbsp oil... tbsp ginger, minced 1 garlic clove, minced 1 spring onion, roughly chopped 200g of green prawns 1 carrot, chopped 1 cup of bok choy, chopped cup of mushrooms, sliced 1 tbsp Chinese rice wine 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tsp sesame oil 1 tbsp cornstarch 1/2 cup of water (or chicken stock) Method 1. Cook Shin Ramyun noodles in boiling water for about 3 minutes, or until soft. Drain and rinse. 2. Heat a frying pan with some oil. Add the noodles and spread to cover the whole pan. Cook both sides until crispy and a little browned. Flip the noodle onto a plate and place in the oven on low to keep it warm. 3. Heat a wok on high heat. Add a tablespoon of oil, prawns, and of the seasoning sachet. Cook the prawns for about 2-3 minutes, or until almost cooked. Remove from the wok and set aside. 4. Add the last tablespoon of oil, carrot, bok choy and mushrooms and stir fry for about a few minutes. Then add the ginger, garlic and spring onion and cook for another 90 seconds. 5. Return the prawns to the wok with rice wine for 30 seconds, then stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce and sesame oil. Add the cornstarch and water to thicken the stir fry. Season to taste. 6. Once cooked and thickened, pour mixture onto the noodles and serve.

Let us know how you go and make sure to tag us in your posts! #quarantinecuisine #nongshimandchill #nongshimrecipes Ingredients 1 tbsp oil 2 cups of chopped green cabbage... 1 pack of Yaki Udon Teriyaki 2 tsp sesame oil 200g pork mince brown onion, sliced 2 tsp grated ginger 1 garlic clove, minced 1 tsp chilli flakes 2 tbsp mirin 2 tbsp soy sauce tbsp sesame seeds 1 spring onion, chopped Method 1. Heat tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and cook cabbage for about 3-4 minutes, or until tender. Remove from heat and set aside. 2. Add Yaki Udon noodles to 2 cups of boiling water and cook for 2 minutes. Drain the noodles then place into a bowl. Mix through sesame oil and cooked cabbage. 3. Heat the remaining oil and the pan and cook the pork, breaking it up and spreading it across the pan. Cook for about 3 minutes, or until brown and cooked through. 4. Add onion, ginger, garlic and chilli flakes to the pork and cook until the onion is soft. 5. Add the noodles and cabbage mixture with of the Yaki Udon Teriyaki sauce, mirin and soy sauce. Mix for about 1 minute until the noodles are covered in sauce. 6. Remove from the heat and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped spring onion.
