21.01.2022 When I was young, Lasagne was Bolognese and Béchamel Sauces, that's it! Lasagne was Lasagne! Later, I told my mum I was vegetarian! She said...'va fa C....!', 'you eat what get!' Years later I mastered the art of red sauce vegetarian Lasagna!! This last year or so, people have been asking for white sauce meat lasagne and/or white sauce vegetarian Lasagne...mum would be rolling in her grave God love her!... Last week, I am happy to say, I mastered the recipe for White Lasagne! With glowing reviews from family and customers What a feeling of accomplishment it was!
