08.01.2022 Don't underestimate the benefits of Deep Water Running, it's beneficial for not only the injured but everyone for increased speed, strength & endurance. Research has shown it will maintain your run fitness for up to 6 weeks. This is why I Deep Water Run as my preferred exercise when unable to run on land (which is at the moment). I'm planning on running classes for DWR in 2014

08.01.2022 I tried this today and loved it! Injuries can sometimes be a great opportunity to challenge yourself and try something you normally would not do. Will definately be making it a regular session :-)
