06.01.2022 Today we’re gonna show you how to cook a perfect Fried Kway Teow (stir-fried flat rice noodle with chicken and seafood) Ingredients: Flat rice noodle, chicken chunks, vegie, prawns, shrimps, squid, fish cake, seafood mix, eggs, love, skills and passion. Cooking: Crack an egg and add a dash of cooking oil into your hot wok, stir gently so that the egg does not form a pancake but also is not too crambled. Add noodle, chicken chunks, vegie and seafood in and ‘flick’ the w...ok like a boss. Seasoning with salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce and a nice pinch of sugar, and ‘flick’ professionally once again to make sure everything is cooked and mixed. Serve with chopped spring onion and fried shallot. Caution: Professional wok-flicking skill required. Otherwise your food will be everywhere on the floor.
