21.01.2022 "Fragrance" can mean any of thousands of combinations of chemicals whose identities are not disclosed. They don't have to because fragrance has a trade secret exemption. Research has shown fragrance containing chemicals associated with hormone disruption, allergic reactions as well as more hazardous properties and the ability to accumulate in human tissue - that TOTALLY freaks me out. This is why I decided to use only Essential Oils to scent my Nood Skinfood products. I do ...NOT use fragrance or parfum. Essential oil is a concentrated liquid containing aroma compounds from plants. An oil is "essential" in the sense that it contains the "essence" of the plants fragrance. They are generally extracted by distillation, often by using steam.
