25.01.2022 These two lovely ladies have a date. Luna (black) who is quite a bit older than she was this photo and Jessie who has been staying with a friend since the fire, are both now set to be bred. We have had some significant hold ups this year with fires, border closures and just life in general. Better late than never though. Looking forward to some calves in the near future.
25.01.2022 Fermentation station. Cider, Mead and Apple cider vinegar. Have since added the kombucha, kefir and some oak soaking in vodka prepping to make a nice whiskey. Was a late night but going to be worth it.

17.01.2022 We have a beautiful snake neck turtle laying her eggs in our prepped pumpkin patch. Not getting close so as not to disturb her. Once she is done we will protect the site so it is not disturbed. Maybe we will catch them hatching but they are unpredictable so 3-8months we will have to wait and see

03.01.2022 Absolutely love being a part of this local food movement. Be the change you wish to see in the world. Bring food security back to community and build connections that strengthen and support everyone around you. If we all just focus on what we can do to look after what is in arms reach we can change the world together.
