18.01.2022 LOOK OUT!!!!!! Grab your helmets as according to the ‘Richter Scale’ there will be a rumble in the Hills Sunday 27th September. No it’s not another earthquake.it’s the NOOSA CHARITY BIKE RIDE held in support of SUNSHINE BUTTERFLIES. This year the day is shaping up to be bigger, better and louder than any before. The ride takes off from the AFL grounds at Noosa, out through McKinnon Drive past the Sunshine Butterflies ‘Our Backyard’ 5 acre property, and then on to the Kin Kin... Hotel for a good ‘ol coin toss. Then it’s helmets on as we head towards the final destination at Silky Oak Tea Gardens Gympie where you can purchase a delicious feed from the 2 meat roast buffet and down your achievement with a cold beer. There will be oodles of prizes and giveaways happening on the day as well as an array of donations from our fabulous sponsors including 2x $400 women’s leather bike jackets. Riders, with each registration you go into the draw for one night’s accommodation at Netanya Noosa Resort. Cost is just $20 per bike. Registrations on the day starts at 8:30 am at the AFL Grounds. Let’s all chrome it up, rev it up, fire it up and give it up for Sunshine Butterflies. See you there!!

As some of you may know, Sunshine Butterflies is halfway through their building goal to move all activities to their new home, Our Backyard. However, with all staff and resources focusing on getting Our Backyard ready for our members and families, unfortunately Sunshine Butterflies is not able to run the Annual Noosa Charity Motor Bike Ride this year. As previous years have been so successful, we would love t...o continue the Ride for Respite and are seeking motorbike groups to form a committee and deliver the annual Noosa Charity Motor Bike Ride for 2017!!! Sunshine Butterflies will be able to assist with marketing and promotions of the event.
