Just a little info on the staff: Ash: I live in Tewantin and have worked/managed Noosa Village Meats for 6 years. I’ve been a butcher for 31 years. I’ve owned 2 butcher shops and managed several shops in that time. I’m a very passionate butcher and I love to engage with the customers. It’s great to see customers come back time and again.... Des: I live in Tewantin and have worked at Noosa Village Meats for 3 years. I’ve been a butcher for 47 years. I’ve owned my own shop for 11 years and have managed 6 butcher shops. I work primarily out the back in the production room at Noosa Village Meats, making the snags, the production of the beef, lamb, pork and chicken, ready for the guys out the front to work their magic ready for sale. I also prepare and smoke all the bacon, hams and pet treats. Scotty: I am born and bred in Tewantin. I have worked at Noosa Village Meats since the very beginning, some 26 years. I am a very passionate but cheeky butcher, I love the regular customers and love welcoming the new. We have 104 years total of butcher experience to hand down to the 2 apprentices Chandler and Max, both local young men.
