I've spent the last few weeks reconnecting with walking and jogging and today I challenged myself to get to Mount Timbeerwah lookout from my home in the back blocks of old Tewantin. I did it! 16.7km return. All it takes is little commitments to yourself and small increments...and you can make change happen!... Live a more vibrant life with chiropractic care!
