23.01.2022 Social league day is here. Saturday morning, 8.30am. Registration point at the new muster area on 31 Factory street, Pomona, behind the tee off for hole five. Be there or be square.

22.01.2022 Some great photos of last weekends turnout at the Sunny Coast Open. Great work Sunshine Coast Disc Golf Club.

22.01.2022 This Saturday, Last social league day for 2020. Come on down for some laughs, long throws and lunch. Bring water and sunscreen.

21.01.2022 Social League is a go. Still Covid safe, so numbers are limited to 30 and if you are feeling unwell, please stay home. We have had some feedback from other park users regarding overloaded parking at the Hill street end of the park (next to the Shell gas station) so our new muster/registration point will be next to the tee off for hole 5 (see posted map). Thanks for your patience and cooperation, see you Saturday hucksters.

21.01.2022 Locked in and can't wait.

20.01.2022 Another great day of Disc golf at CCP with a record setting 26 competitors. Some amazing shots played resulting in eagles on both holes 10 and 18. Well done Robin and Andre for making what must have been epic putts. Add to that the 21 birdies claimed on the day and we had some of CCP's best throws. Sadly, the phone stayed in the pocket for the whole day and no photographic evidence of this fabulous day exists but I promise you, it was grand. Congrats to Vaj for not only setti...ng his PB but taking out his first, first round win. Nice one mate, you've improved so much in the last few months, you deserve it. Also kudos to Brandon for an impressive -1 in the second round. I guess the pressure of having to get away to work was a great motivator. Thanks again to all the competitors, supporters and gallery who come along and hang out with us hucksters. Until next month. See more

20.01.2022 Truly a country wide, all inclusive sport.

18.01.2022 Great words from our local Member of parliament. Thanks again for coming out and having a throw Sandy.

18.01.2022 Final social league day for 2020 and the scores were almost as hot as the weather. A balmy 36 degrees wasn't enough to put off the hardy 18 players that came along. Brandon didn't even break a sweat for his -3 and Stephen Trathern showed his mettle with his personal best on the course to date. Special shout out to Parx and his dad Aaron. Having a father and son on the card reminds us that this is truly a game for all ages and abilities. Thanks again for everyone's support and participation in this crazy year. Noosa Disc Golf will be back in 2021, hopefully with some course design changes that will bring more polish and verve than ever. Merry Christmas Huckers. And by the way, if anyone got any photos from the day please inbox me, our camera guy was on the fritz.

16.01.2022 Some more great shots courtesy of Stephen Trathern. Thanks very much mate.

16.01.2022 The new rego station and muster point and a couple of our club poster boys.

16.01.2022 These guys sure know how to run a tournament. Thanks again so much for a great year Sunshine Coast Disc Golf Club. You are true paragons and local pioneers of the sport. Can’t wait until 2021.

16.01.2022 It's great to see so many new people trying out disc golf for the first time. My latest video is for all those new players and beginners getting into disc golf.... With over 1200 different discs out there it can be very confusing on what to buy, and what will work best for you. Hopefully this video helps to demystify all the options when it comes to brands, discs types, plastics, weights, flight ratings and more. If you've got any friends out there who need a hand to get started, please share this video with them and let's grow the sport. Also, this is the last week to enter the giveaway for the $20 Aus Discs voucher. You could put this towards a disc golf starter pack if you've yet to take the leap. See more

15.01.2022 21 Hucksters at the park yesterday with ages ranging from under 10 to over 60. Disc Golf truly is an all inclusive sport. Thanks to the travellers who breezed in from Brissy (Jim Durand) and Bundy (Marty Woodin), we're stoked to have you guys along. Well done Zane Meehl for getting a great 2 under for the round, a new course record since holes 1 and 10 were lengthened. Good job Bro!

12.01.2022 Some simple guidelines for safe, hygienic play during this pesky global pandemic.

11.01.2022 Just look at the gallery.

10.01.2022 Miss out on Pomona last weekend? Head down to Meridan Downs.

06.01.2022 The weather was perfect for our 17 players yesterday. And what a great mix of competitors. Young, not so young, beginners and pros all mixing it up at CCP for our August league day. We can’t thank you guys enough for your support and ongoing loyalty to the game and the club.

05.01.2022 The Noosa Disc Golf Club is excited to be included in another of Noosa Council's great 'Come & try' days. This time it's for the grown ups. Saturday the 5th of September, 8.30am at Cooroora Creek Park in Pomona (11C Hill street). Due to CoVid restrictions we are limiting numbers to 30 so please Call the club or DM to register. See you there.

05.01.2022 NB. Correction update. Patrick scored a 4 on hole 10, not a 6 as shown on the scorecard giving him a minus 2. The Noosa Disc Golf Club would like to apologize unreservedly to Mr Ferris for the error. The 20% chance of showers didn't eventuate so our 17 competitors had perfect weather for yesterday's social league. And what a day it was. Patto and Brandon took the top scores while the usual suspects followed not far behind. Special welcome to our newest member Cheryl, one league day in and she's already buying discs and working on her game. Thanks so much to all of you guys for coming out.

03.01.2022 It’s not all just about tossing plastic around.

03.01.2022 Words feel inadequate to describe the loss which rocked the disc golf world this past weekend. The ripples of this gentle giants passing will be felt across many a club, tournament and get together for years to come. Rest easy Andre and know that your life will be celebrated with the flight of every disc, every birdie made and every out loud laugh at Cooroora Creek park. Til we meet again, Vale.

02.01.2022 Great day, great turnout. Here are yesterdays scores and stats. Photos to come.

01.01.2022 More fantastic news as the sport continues to grow.

01.01.2022 That tunnel on holes 9/18 continues to be a real challenge.
