It WILL help your joints be more stable. It WILL help you have better POSTURE.... It WILL help you in your day-to-day life whether it be loading groceries into the car or doing the gardening! It WILL help you be more body confident. ...and it WILL help you NOT be a frail old lady/man needing help getting to the loo or help in and out of your car, or help getting off the floor if you fall! 23.01.2022 I'm so proud of all of these guys for placing Top 10 in our 10 Day Shred! We had over 100 people in this shred and so there were soooo many health changing results. Consistency is key and best long term results come from doing these mini challenges back to back. ... So many people are reshaping, reducing bloating, feeling more energised as well as smashing the kilos and centimetres off like crazy! If you'd like to join me in the next one, we start Wednesday. 22.01.2022 It's important to build fitness into your daily/weekly routine so it becomes a habit. It's also important having other healthy habits in terms of your nutrition, sleep and self-care, that support your overall health journey! For our FitClubbers who attend a minimum of twice, and even better, more sessions a week - together with following my recommended nutrition plan - they are getting the best results for sure!!! So join us on Tuesdays and Thursdays 9am at the Softball Club... PLUS 2 sessions a week live online - Weds 6pm and Fridays 9am....for best results!
