06.01.2022 The 'Fortune' Barrel Aged Gin. Our second seasonal limited release, the 'Barrel Aged Gin' is now available for order! With only 500 bottles available this is our first brown spirit available. Aged for just over 5 months, with the fluctuation in temperature and humidity throughout that time it really drove the barrel into the gin. 05.01.2022 The time has come to celebrate another lap around the sun for Land & Sea Brewery (woo) This year falls on the same day as the 2020 Triple J Hottest 100 countdown of the year! So the plan is to listen to the best tunes of the year and boogie to a DJ afterwards. There will be activities, specials, food, tunes and a very special collaboration beer featuring our Noosa gin - so we would love to see you all there!
