21.01.2022 When you visit one of our hospitals, pharmacies, day surgeries, or clinics, your safety and wellbeing is our number one priority. The impacts of COVID-19 in Australia have challenged us all to think and act differently, so we’d like to let you know about a few changes we’ve made to protect you, your visitors, and us. The first thing you’ll notice when you arrive are some changes to our entry points. We’ll ask you a series of screening questions, and in some cases take your te...mperature, to identify anybody who’s at potential risk of having COVID-19. We recommend you arrive a little earlier than planned in case there is a short queue during this process. This is a really important strategy to help keep you safe, so we thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

At least one person will be profiled from a different part of the country each week for the entire year, allowing them to share some of their motivations and aspirations with the...ir peers. Ramsay Australia’s Chief Executive Officer, Carmel Monaghan, said it was wonderful to celebrate a diverse range of employees from all aspects of the business. From nurses, pharmacists and allied health workers to kitchen staff, cleaners and procurement teams, we know everyone across Ramsay Australia has played a vital role in keeping people safe during the pandemic, Ms Monaghan said. We faced so many unique challenges during 2020 and I am so grateful to our entire team for their ongoing dedication and commitment to others. We have certainly seen the ‘people caring for people’ philosophy in action and I am confident our people will continue to display the Ramsay Way values throughout 2021. We will continue looking out for our colleagues and patients, building strong relationships, taking pride in our achievements, finding new ways of doing things better and seeking to grow sustainably as a business. We know that highlighting many of our fantastic team members is something people will want to support and engage with, and we look forward to undertaking this great initiative throughout 2021. https://rmsyhc.com/3iFhbVL
