08.01.2022 Life as a station mechanic certainly is different!! From fixing the water pump in a croc infested spring, keeping the huge generators humming along, fixing anything from the grader to the loader to any of the station vehicles. It certainly is a different experience!! Weekends camping, fishing for barramundi, exploring all of the waterfalls and crystal clear swimming holes, four wheel driving and communing with our new homestead friends is a ton of fun!!

03.01.2022 After 40 years of service Phil is taking some long service leave, but not stopping work by any means!! He will return and open for business as usual in October. He has accepted an offer on the iconic Lorella Springs Wilderness Park in the NT as their mechanic for the dry season this year.
