15.01.2022 KISS & RIDE - REMINDER Just a friendly reminder that the Kiss & Ride is a 2-minute drop-off and pick-up zone which operates similarly to an airport-pick up. In order for the Kiss & Ride to operate effectively, if your child/children are not ready for you please continue to move along, turn around at the roundabout and then re-enter the zone. As per the signage, the Kiss & Ride is a 2-minute zone. With a 2:35pm bell time, there is no need to park in the 2-minute zone any earli...er than 2:33pm. If you are the first to arrive, please proceed to the very front of the zone. The 2-minute zone will work best for all users if it is used correctly. The use of the zone will be monitored and local law enforcement may be required if is not used correctly. When used correctly, the Kiss & Ride is a great facility to make pick-up more convenient. Council traffic officers will be patrolling the school zone over the next few weeks. Thank-you for your ongoing cooperation.

15.01.2022 Families were sent an email and/or letter with new school guidelines for entry into school from Thursday 6th August. Please ensure you are aware of the no parent entry into school grounds. PREP parents will be able to pick-up outside designated positions. PREP pick up is now 2:25pm. Extra supervision will be provided for before and after school. Classrooms open at 8:20am.

10.01.2022 Well done to our teams from years 4,5 and 6 who competed at the Maths Olympiad today, hosted by Pomona SS. Thank you to Mrs Prytherick for organising this and coaching the teams this term. Very proud of all our students who participated. Special congratulations to Cooper S, who scored 100% in the individual round.

09.01.2022 The Goombucker bus will be at Noosaville school from Wednesday 9th to Friday11th June as part of NAIDOC celebrations. All classes will have a scheduled time to visit the program. There will be a special assembly on Friday 11th June at 1:55pm.

07.01.2022 Year 6 students have been working with University of the Sunshine Coast staff to wire electrical circuits to LED’s. They’ve used Arduino circuit boards and written code to control when the lights turn on and off to create patterns.
