16.01.2022 We've made some changes to classes based on current circumstances explained here. There is still a few places available to book next week. Please bring a towel to cover props, and help support our hygiene practices to ensure we can continue our practice in a safe and healthy environment. Thanks, Jeff & Di.

03.01.2022 Not a yoga post, but we're so proud of our daughter & her partner on opening their dream wine bar in Noosa Junction (just steps from our old yoga studio). Life's all about balance, we're looking forward to plenty of yoga and a few wines in 2021.
