24.01.2022 Hi families, See complete Vac Care program- Please share. Waivers must be signed to participate in laser tag and flip out, if you haven’t received via email please let us know. There are hard copies at NOOSH if you require. Please take note- vac care Monday 29 April will only be offered should a need be identified. See page three of the program for details. Looking forward to seeing you all.

24.01.2022 UPDATE: ALL POSITIONS FILLED: We are now working on site at The Traveling Stock Route in Narrandera getting ready to deliver Shadow Places starting next Thursda...y 26th October. We have a big team working on the project already and have just decided that 4 more helpers would be great. So, we have 4 positions available. The work will involve being at one of the projection or artwork sites and just being a friendly face to visitors, keeping on eye on things and making sure that everything is working ok, etc. No experience is necessary, just someone who is friendly, happy to talk to visitors and able to calmly keep an eye on things and to alert our Production Manager if there are any issues. You will be part of a great, talented and friendly team. The work is for four nights Thursday 26th - Sunday 29th 6-10pm $25 per hour. 22.01.2022 Week 3 term 4 This week the children became great chefs and made some savoury veggie muffins that had raving reviews from the children saying they were super awesome healthy muffins! We had an epic game of hide and seek, with such a great playground for the children to scatter and find the best hiding spots! Some of the children got into nature, nurturing some ants and making them a little ant farm! We played a huge game of dodgeball, it’s tricky to dodge the balls but so ...much fun! We also enjoyed serving up pancakes with banana and berries. We did some role playing, playing cops and robbers and developing roles of all types even including staff to become a judge and if the children lacked items for the game they would go to the busy box and create them, like making a computer from a cracker box and paper towel rolls into binoculars for the watchmen- what creative thinking! 22.01.2022 Hello families! We’ve had a great outing!! Leaving Griffith now, we expect to be back at around 3:00 or soon after.

21.01.2022 Week 4 We got very crafty this week making origami monster bookmarks, painted flower cups, made pet kites from plastic bags and then enjoyed trying them out. And made paddle pop aeroplanes then decorating them. We had lots of games like lava monster and imagined games with building blocks and role playing with toys. We also love playing music on our new keyboard! Donated by the narrandera library, a very big thank you from NOOSH.

21.01.2022 Summer holidays are here! YAY! Book your spots as soon as you can. Please be aware that we will be shut from the 22nd December and will re open on the 7th of January 2019 and children who are starting school 2019 are able to attend NOOSH after the 7th.

20.01.2022 Hi Families! A little last minute change to tomorrow’s excursion. Due to the expected temperature and without a home base to retreat to should it become too hot, we will now be going to see Mary Poppins before bowling. 14.01.2022 Week 5 This week we had a melbourne cup day so we got designing our own jockey jerseys and made up some very cool names for our race horses like Egypt Hollywood, Jay & J, Bow and China Girl. We went on a "bush walk" around the perimeter of the grounds. We explored and discussed the beauties and dangers of our fascinating country, we spied a kangaroo and pretended to be trees. We had some outdoor play time playing with toys in and around the sandpit. We did some papercraft making butterflies and then making whatever we could imagine!

We are looking for some inspiration, what would your children like to do during their summer holidays? what would parents like their children doing in the summer holidays? 10.01.2022 Week 1 of term 4 2017 We’ve tried, smelled and cooked some new foods this week making Thai vegetarian spring rolls, gnocchi with basil pesto spinach and cob dip! Most of us start off unsure about what we are about to eat but most of the time we love it and bring home the recipes. We did lots of spring exploring in the gardens and were excited by all the natural treasures that we found, heard, smelled and touched. We had team work activities finding pictures that were cut up and put them back together. We made and played mini put put LEGO cricket where our imagined courses to get through and chilled about and got crafty making sock puppets and playing and chatting with them!

07.01.2022 Well another vac care is drawing to an end and we’ve had another great week. Tuesday we stayed at NOOSH. We enjoyed craft stations, had a scavenger hunt, played running games, played ball games, watched a movie and hung out with our friends. Wednesday we headed to the library for some Lego. The children had some seriously impressive skills and surprised their adults with how long they engaged with this. After our creations were placed on display we relaxed while watching Ra...lph breaks the internet. Lastly, today we headed to Wagga botanic gardens where the children opted for the playground. They played chasing games in the maze, climbed the frames and rode the flying fox before having a bit of a rest over lunch. The kids had so much fun at flip out joining in structured games and free jumping. All should sleep well tonight, it was exhausting work.

06.01.2022 Hi everyone, Unfortunately we do not have enough children for Monday 23rd July. Pupil free day for Narrandera East Infants School. So we will not be open. We are sorry for this inconvenience.

05.01.2022 Week one has almost come to an end and boy have we had fun! Monday was a lovely unstructured day hanging at the park! We played on playground, shot some hoops, kicked the footy, enjoyed a sausage sizzle and of course worked out at the outdoor gym- one kid even clocked 22,310 steps on his Fitbit Tuesday was the ultimate PJ party! We played loads of party games, had a boogie and hunted for some treats. The kids established their own town making houses, a shoppping centre... and even a Parliament House using the equipment at NOOSH- great cooperative and creative play. Wednsday was ride your bike day, the kids spent most of the day joyriding! They also decided to organise a talent show, after lots of hard work planning we were able to sit and enjoy the show. There was clowning, bike tricks, hula hooping and everyone was a comedian. Lastly today we enjoyed laser tag- which was fun for all. We raced around the arena ‘tagging’ each other (mostly our adults) and everyone was a brilliant sport! After an early lunch we went into the cinema to watch missing link- a very funny film! 05.01.2022 Week 2 of term 4 2017 This week we got crafty making our own salt dough and creating magnificent pieces which we paint in the near future. We got outdoors and tried some visual art drawing what we can see. We continued our spring exploring adventures with a nature scavenger hunt and when the older ones had finished their list they offered to help the younger ones, how great is that!! We cooked and made some more vegetarian Thai spring rolls and played some blind folded games, trusting others to be our eyes, a bit scared but lots of fun!
