Training will be on Sunday from 2-3pm for juniors and 3-4pm for seniors at CISAC Belconnen. Juniors who played seniors (1st/2nd grade) last year are permitted to stay for senior training. Please ensure to arrive on time and leave promptly to allow for new groups to enter for their session.
