02.01.2022 Hi guys and girls my name is Timo Topp. I am a very excited to be a new member of the Nordic Fit team, especially as I have Norse blood in my veins! I was born in the UK but my parents are from Scandinavia. I have spent many holidays skiing through forests and across frozen lakes of Finland in minus 20 degrees! My style of training incorporates wholebody exercises, kettlebells, TRX and boxing and kickboxing. I also specialise in pre and postnatal exercise. With 15 years experience I’ve got a lot to share with. Look forward to seeing you around!
