If you haven't got a call (some people we have had trouble contacting) and you see this, then your order is ready to collect! Update 2: We completed the stocktake on one warehouse, we will start the second warehouse stocktake tomorrow evening and orders will likely open up Tuesday morning.

16.01.2022 Update: Apologies for the lack of updates! It's all hands on deck helping with picking and posting orders. If you have an enquiry on the status of your delivery, could I ask you check your junk filter first? It appears our tracking emails are getting filtered as junk to lots of people. After filling lots of orders we've found we have a bit of damaged stock and display stock - once the orders have slowed down we will be selling it at 50-80% off. We will place a timer on the front page with a countdown to when we will receive new orders as soon as we have a solid time locked in. 14.01.2022 Update: Apologies for lack of updates today! I was helping to pick as many orders as I could. All click and collect orders up to #1500 have been picked - if you missed a call from us, you can come in to pick up your order now! (Ok not right now, we open at 9am) We are aiming to have ALL click and collect orders picked by tomorrow for weekend collection. We've put extra delivery drivers on for deliveries to speed up the orders before the weekend.

04.01.2022 Update: If you haven't received an order confirmation but funds have been debited. Don't fret! Our accounts team is having a rest over the weekend - but warehouse team are still picking your orders. We are picking all the express orders first. We have picked and booked for delivery up to express order #2128. For non-express, it may take 5-7 days before you receive tracking or your order arrives.

04.01.2022 Just a reminder that due to the extra long weekend, there will be a delay in deliveries. Standard delivery is 7-10 business days processing, and up to 5 days delivery. If it has not been 15 business days since you placed the order, please hold off on contacting us. I could sit here all day answering emails and calls about when orders will arrive, but it is slowing down picking and dispatching everyone else's orders. Update: All express orders placed before the 14th have been dispatched. All standard and free delivery orders placed before the 6th will be dispatched by the end of the day. We are doing everything we can to get orders out of the warehouse as soon as possible.

03.01.2022 If you have pre-ordered anything from the shipment that was due on the 7th, unfortunately it has been delayed due to a miscommunication with our shipping company. The new estimated arrival date is now the 15th - please accept our apologies for any inconveniences caused. We will be sending out discount codes to everyone who has placed a pre-order in the last 2 weeks.

03.01.2022 It's been a while since we've posted an update. Unfortunately some of our team have had major health issues, our bank accounts were temporarily frozen due to so many orders being placed at once and we are migrating to a new website and building a new warehouse all at the same time. This has definitely been a very testing time, but we thank everyone for their continued support and patience! As for stock arrival updates, we have Trax and Go Well Treadmills and Antibacteral wipe...s arriving in about 2 weeks and some more a few weeks after. We have some Concept 2 rowers arriving in July, most of which are pre-sold but some are still available. The next shipment along with SkiErgs won't be until September. There are a few rubber tiles left in stock but they are going fast, more are arriving in 4-5 weeks. Due to massive iron shortages, most of the strength equipment has been delayed. We still have no definite arrival date unfortunately. We have 4 separate orders coming from different factories so there will be plenty of stock available, there's no need to worry about missing out. Weights and bars are about 6 weeks away, but again we have no definite date and the order could still be delayed. Again, there is an insane amount of stock coming, there is no need to worry about missing out. We have a brand new giant warehouse being built (triple the size of our current one) so it will be filled to the roof with stock.
