22.01.2022 Update on Togo from his new family.... Love these updates, thanks guys... He’s playing beautifully on his own, chewing on his chew bones and he loves steeling toilet roles out of the toilet. He’s going outside to the toilet so no issues there. His crate training is going really well. When it’s bedtime he puts himself to bed. ... He sleeps through the night without a need to go to the toilet. He loves to keep Mum company while she’s working. Togo had a visit to the vet today and had his health check as well as his next vaccination. Photos of his favourite spot is next to the dishwasher. He is a good snoozer and loves to sleep on his back.

18.01.2022 CONGRATULATIONS JAGGER "Jagger, completed his pre school with flying colours and is learning very well, he is a smart dog. Jagger is sitting, dropping and rolling on command and loves a good tummy rub. He has learnt to come when called which has been good when he is chasing birds at my parents property. He still loves a car ride and has had a ride on the back of the ute, which he loves the wind in his face. Bathing, brushing and drying are going well, he knows he will get a good treat once the process has finished."

09.01.2022 FORMULA FOR MAKING YOUR OWN RAW DOG DIET Dogs do better on 25-30% raw meat, 10% Raw Meaty Bone, and the rest Veggies and Fruit. (no citrus fruits, tomatoes or potatoes) ~ Meaty Bones... bones are very essential to the raw food diet. But they must be appropriate in size and ability for the dog to crush them properly. I always tell my raw feeders, it’s not what we know about food that makes it miraculous it’s what we don’t know. Bottom line food is medicine and always think about your dogs diet. Bones are the staple of a dog's diet. You have to select bones for your dog's ability, breed alone is a key indicator of what's appropriate.... Never feed cooked or weight bearing bones, if you have a gulper, don't feed bones small enough to swallow whole. Also poultry necks are mainly cartilage and connective tissue, no doubt it was the cartilage that got lodged. ~ FOOD add at least fresh or cooked raw meat 25%-30%, offer as snacks 10% raw meaty bone (e.g raw chicken necks), can also treat them with a tin of sardines on its own or add to blend with veggies, and the rest pulverize in a blender cooked Veggies. e.g.... steamed pumpkin (or raw if use humans can eat it raw e.g ... zucchinis, carrot) Other foods to mix into vitamiser to add to meat diet: Tumeric, Coconut oil, Coconut yogurt or milk, Dates, Raw Carrots, Dried Fruit (no sultanas), Nuts, Seeds, Squashes, Spinach, Kale, Lightly Steamed Broccoli etc. * Pulverize all the veggies for optimal absorption. We use a Bullet (or vitamiser or similar) can add a little water to it, plus a teaspoon of chlorella or spirulina powder. FEEDING Put 1/4 or 1/2 the veggie mix and supplement into feeding bowl, then add fresh or cooked meat over the top of the liquid mix veg. and offer. Your dog will smell the fresh or cooked meat and start eating this and will also get used to tasting and licking up the pureed vegetable. If vegetables are left, can add a bit more meat so they get to eat it all up. You'll judge how much of each food that will satisfy your size dog. AVOID ALL citrus fruits and sultanas, dry pet foods, beef, pasta, and rice, cooked bones, pigs ears, dried skin bones. It is so worth doing the changes and adding probiotics in meals to see how much improvement is seen and also provide a long health life with little to no vet bills. Dogs do better on 25-30% raw meat, 10% Raw Meaty Bone, and the rest Veggies and Fruit. (no citrus fruits or tomatoes)

03.01.2022 For my new puppy owners. You need to get your puppy used sitting/standing/lying still whilst you touch their feet and have the nail trimmers near there feet, you can do this daily without actually trimming their nails just to get them used to it, so that nail trimming will not be a big deal for them. Here is a great way to start this. If you have any questions on how to do this, just email me. https://www.youtube.com/watch

01.01.2022 I just got this photo of Wizards sister, she was the smallest of the litter and got extra special attention in the early days. She looks like she's a permanent fixture in the hair saloon. How nice getting your hair done and having a pat/play with this beautiful girl?

01.01.2022 Everyone that has applied to Nordicharm gets Dr Ian Dunbars e-books; "Before you get your puppy" and "After you get your puppy." Her is yet another short video by him, well worth watching. He's a Vet Animal Behaviourist as well as a Dog Training so has both the most up-to-date training methods (Theory/Education) coupled with practical experience of training dogs.
