This Easter will be a very unusual one with us not being able to see friends and some family members, sharing a meal together and taking part in all the other activities you might find yourself doing during Easter. Just because we can't be together doesn't mean we can't get around it. 19.01.2022 COVID19 update at NordicHealth I want to assure everybody that I am keeping up to date with the COVID-19 using all the advice from the Australian and NSW health Departments to minimise the risks of contamination from COVID-19 @ NordicHealth. This includes cleaning everything down with the protocols recommended by the Government before I see a new client. The level of cleaning included disinfecting the face hole in the massage tablet (which is done always anyway), disinfectin...g the chair and table where clients sit, providing hand sanitisers, disposable cups for water and unfortunately no handshaking or hugs. You would have seen all the recommended steps you can take to avoid COVID-19, washing your hands and social distancing. It is also very important to stay healthy and fit to prevent getting COVID-19 and limiting the severity of symptoms if you get it. As we are approaching the cold and flu season this is doubly important. 17.01.2022 Covid - Safe in the Clinic I like to reassure you I am continuing to follow the NSW Health guidelines regarding being Covid-safe in the clinic. I have completed the online Infection Control Training - Covid-19 with the Australian Government Department of Health. Your health is my absolute priority. The guidelines I am still following include the premises being cleaned and disinfected daily with bathroom, door handles and bannisters disinfected multiple time throughout the da...y. All surfaces including the desk, chair and door handle in the clinic room is disinfected between each client, the massage table is disinfected and have clean towels for each person, rigorous hand washing and me wearing a mask with each treatment. I am asking you to please either wash your hands or use hand sanitiser (available in the clinic) on entry.
