08.01.2022 Sometimes you might see me stop by a table during a busy service and have a quick chat to a customer, usually sitting on their own... it might not be convenient, but its made that customers day/week. Many let me know that coming in to the club to order their lunch or dinner might be the only human interaction they get. I may not be able to chat long at the till, but you can bet anything I'll make time in my shift (or after my shift) to make contact and start that conversation and ask that question, R U ok? H xx
