25.01.2022 It looks like we will be closed for up to 3 weeks and we have now put a stop to all new bookings until we know when we will be up abd running. Please if you hav...e booking, do not come. 24.01.2022 SKIP BINS AVAILABLE FOR WASTE In the aftermath of Tropical Cyclone Seroja, we understand there will be an excess of food waste and other materials and as a re...sult we have worked with a local contractor to place skip bins throughout the community for general waste. Due to the volume of green waste, we ask community members to not dispose of it in the skip bins and take green waste to Meru Landfill. Skip bins are at the following locations: Rangeway and Utakarra: Levy Street Park, Alexander Park & Karloo Park Wonthella: Towns Football Carpark Eighth Street Strathalbyn: Muir Park Sunset Beach: Eastbourne Reserve Bluff Point/Beresford: Rundle Park Spalding: Eadon Clark sporting oval (near ablutions) Cape Burney: Greenough Rowing Club carpark Beachlands/West End: The Recreation Ground carpark Tarcoola Beach: Surf Club carpark and Glenndining Road carpark (Southern End) Mount Tarcoola: Paringa Park Woorree/Deepdale: Wooree Park Wandina: Derna Park Drummond Cove/Glenfield: John Batten Hall Waggrakine/Moresby: Waggrakine Hall If residents notice bins are overflowing or there are any identified issues, please contact the City during business hours on 9956 6600. All rubbish collection services are continuing this week, but they have been delayed by just one day. Residents are also advised Meru Landfill is opened to the public for disposal of other materials such as green waste. All entry into Meru is free at the moment. Community members are advised to not put green waste in the skip bins, respect the bins and do the right thing
