21.01.2022 This balcony is part of a complex of that comprises 14 apartments. There is a lot of visible water damage around this complex. Unfortunately these balconies don’t seem to have been waterproofed properly so we have been asked to rectify this issue. Whether it is a balcony or a bathroom, waterproofing is critical. Just because you can buy it off the shelf at the big green box, doesn’t mean you should do it yourself! Always use a professional! We never do our own waterproofing and only use our accredited installer who has been in the game for a long time. He provides us with a certificate as well so it helps me sleep easy at night.
