17.01.2022 As one door closes another opens - the mudlark went to her new home for the next stage of a soft release, where she will be introduced to the outside and other birds and eventually released to the wild. I then had a new baby dropped off. A little western grey roo, healthy and happy so far. . Thank you to the gentleman who picked her up and dropped her off. I changed her name to Nulla, so i hope you dont mind. (found on the Nullabour)

12.01.2022 Leaving Julia Creek and QLD soon, so i would like to thank you all for caring enough for our native animals and bringing the injured to my attention. Not all animals/birds made it through but i did have a few released back into the wild. I will continue to post to this page from wherever i end up, as i will continue to take in animals in the future. Feel free to follow my adventures if you want. Please contact the cloncurry vets for any help with injured animals.

07.01.2022 Nulla enjoying her coconut oil massage out in the sun this morning. The oil helps with dry skin and she just loves the attention.
