13.01.2022 Character, comfort and convenience sum up this immaculate two bedroom Caulfield Nth City pad. We use it on our stays in Melbourne but also love to share it with our family and friends. It has everything you could need including Wifi, heating/ air conditioning, full oven and cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso pod machine, hairdryer etc. All linen, coffee and tea making supplies, shampoo, conditioner and soap etc. are provided. There are two Queen beds and a Queen self-i...nflating Eurobed which could be set up in the living area if needed. The bathroom has a bath and shower. There are two TV’s set up for Netflix and a Chromecast on the living room TV to allow streaming from mobile devices. There are also board games, books and magazines along with an office area. A good sized balcony is ideal for enjoying a relaxing drink. The parquetry flooring, high ceilings and 82m2 open plan layout make this a beautiful and unique space. There is easily accessible and unrestricted street parking just outside the unit. The location is brilliant with two tram lines within 500m and Malvern train station within 1km. We are close to St Kilda Beach, Carlisle Street. Chapel Street and within easy reach of the city. We are offering the unit for $100 per night with a 3 night/$300 minimum. Message me for availability.
