25.01.2022 Edit*** this post below is mainly for parcels effected by last weeks fire and parcels that were taken back to DC . To help customer know when their parcels arrived, as some parcel cards were left but parcels didnt arrive to us until 2 - 3 days later. Now when you receive your collection card. You need to wait until the next day to collect. Thank you for your understanding We Thank You all again for being amazing and understanding with all these parcel delays due to road clo...ser and fires We kindly ask if you are waiting for a parcel to please use your tracking number and track your item on the Aus Post website. If your item says "Awaiting Collection" then it is here and is ready to be collected. If your item says "In Transit" your item is still on its way. We are being inundated with many phone calls and being extremely busy in the shop, we cant answer most calls. With delivery drivers now back to normal, we also ask you to check the time and date on the card. We require a bit of time to scan and sort the parcels coming in as well as service customers. If your item isn't ready when you come in, you will be asked to wait. Thank You and Merry Christmas.

Taking each day as it comes, Aus Post deliveries are changing domestically and internationally and each day we are learning of new changes. Please be aware that some things are now unavailable to process. Mostly international. ... MOTHERS DAY! Is fast approaching, we have been informed by Aus Post that if you wish to send gifts within Australia, to please have it done so by April 24th to ensure Aus Post can do their best to have it there prior to Mothers day.
