15.01.2022 to Year 12 student, Jennifer, who has today been announced as the State Winner of the 2020 School-based Trainee of the Year. Jennifer completed a Certificate III in Allied Health Services through Metro North Hospital and Health Services at Redcliffe Hospital. The awards were online and are presented by the Minister for Employment and Small Business and Minister for Training and Skills Development. ... Jennifer now moves on to the National awards in November.

03.01.2022 to Year 12 student Sarah, who has been announced as the winner of The Peter Doherty Award for Excellence in STEM Education. These awards recognise students for outstanding achievements in STEM. Sarah received $5,000.00 as part of her prize after participating in a virtual ceremony attended by the Director-General of Education, Tony Cook and Minister for Education, Grace Grace MP. ... Thank you to our Assistant Regional Director, Chris Lassig for presenting Sarah with her awards at the College. Very well done Sarah and we look forward to hearing of your future studies at university in the STEM field.
