The @sapphirecoastnsw may be best known for its pristine beaches and coastal wilderness, but it also has an incredibly diverse and dynamic arts scene, amazing local produce and some totally top notch fine dining. So it was a real treat for us to eat the latter and find out more about the former when we had lunch with Iain, director of our amazing regional gallery, at the wonderful Banksia restaurant in @pambulavillage.
