25.01.2022 So dont forget gang.. no more combat fitness at 6 tonight. We are moving our self Defense class to 6 instead and also adding an extra night of Muay Thai which will be at 7:30 tonight .

18.01.2022 Big news and changes : After many talks and coffees with my friend and owner of the Fudoshin Judo Academy, they will be moving to Drekon Martial Arts & Fitness Academy and becoming part of our family. This move will benefit the Fudoshin's members and families greatly! Mark James Lavigne will be a great new addition to our facility and bring some great programs and instruction that we will be able to work together on. There will be some minimal changes in the schedule and pri...cing. This relocation is needed for the Fudoshin Judo Academy to grow. We apologize for any convience this may cause members. And we want the transition to be painless. Their sub floor will coming with us of course and placed at their new home. So with this I am asking for members, family members, and friends for your help moving the floor and tatami... there is about 2000 screws holding the floor together.. so drills with square bits would be awesome.. Please let me know if you can help... thank you. I ask that you take the time to welcome our new family members with open arms and show them what a great location we are and why I brag about our members all the time.
