25.01.2022 Dear NCE Athletes, Parents & Families, Its with a heavy heart that we have to advise that the gym will be closed for training effective immediately Keeping the community, our athletes and their families, and our coaches healthy and safe is our priority. ... The actions we are putting into place as advised by the government and our governing body are so we can survive in these tough times and be back to normal operation as soon as possible. At this stage we are planning to re-open for training Term 2 Week 1. We will continue to send videos & updates via our NCE Members Only page on Facebook as much as possible to keep our athletes stimulated and excited. When practicing at home if you have any questions about the routines eg. how they are to be executed or about technique, please dont hesitate to contact your coach/es.
