18.01.2022 Our first and so far only vehicle we passed. A minute later it went passed us again. Oh well, a sweet moment, even if it was short lived.

18.01.2022 Our first afternoon/night free camping at Waverley Creek, on the way north between Rockhampton and Mackay. "Noooo! Mikey, you can't run the 2 x airconditioners and all the lights at once, plus the wine and beer fridges". "Pick one to turn off".

12.01.2022 Even "Paradise" is allowed a wet day (or two). Here at NRMA Bowen Beachfront Caravan Park. This place is a definite 5 Star. Manicured landscaping and immaculate amenities. A sprinkle of rain here, is still much better than a day working. Wish you were here!
