Luckily the owner caught it just in time before they spread to the rest of the house and that no one went into the roof space for any work to be done as the whole ceiling would have collapsed. 08.01.2022 House renovation complete through a builder we do work for. We replaced all the doors, archatraives, skirting boards, fixed pieces of the jarrah floor, removed old broken sash windows and set up for new aluminum window frames, fixed external veranda posts, installed new eave lining boards and timbers, and installed brand new free standing pergola.
