23.01.2022 Yes this delicious and colourful banana leaf plate of fruit, veg and herbs is all from our amazing North Arm garden! And our 2021 prepies got to sample it all! It was such a hot day today but our garden teams worked tirelessly to weed and mulch and care for our garden and the kitchen harvested lots of carrots, celery and herbs for their salads. We finished the day just as the storm rolled in with our transition to prep afternoon- a treasure hunt and afternoon tea. Thanks to the 5CH ambassadors (Taylah, Olivia Chelsea and Joseph) who helped with our visitors in the garden.

17.01.2022 This week students were harvesting their very own carrots, celery and parsley for a delicious salad in kitchen with Lis. They roasted the carrot, added celery, parsley, toasted sunflower seed and parmesan served with Zoodles and a green herb sauce. Herbs from the garden of course! Thank you to our parent helpers Aveen and Shane who enjoyed the last kitchen lesson of primary school with 6GW!

14.01.2022 Here are some photos from 1BD yesterday. They have been learning about procedures in Literacy. First the children wrote a list of ingredients for a healthy sandwich. Next they worked out how they could make the ingredients for a Visual Arts activity. ... These are the finished products. They look good enough to eat! Well done kids!

04.01.2022 What a stunning day for our superstar year 4 students who so bravely took on our sensational staff in today's Student V Staff Soccer game....it was high intensity and action-packed, and the staff came out victorious 1-0. HOWEVER, this is the first of 3, so stay tuned.............
