Vicroads today have finally come i...nto line with the rest of the mainland and announced only the front Drivers and Passenger windows need to have a VLT of 35%. All windows behind the "B" pillar (include the back door glass and back window) can now have Darker Film down to 20% VLT on Passenger Vehicles and 0% on Vehicles primarily manufactured for carrying goods. Its a great win for our industry and for you the consumer who can now legally have the same look on your vehicle as the newer cars. The legislation covering windscreens has not changed. See more
