A lot of our clients are feeling very vulnerable right now. A lot are now in self isolation, so good hearing is so important to ensure that they can keep in touch with family and friends over the phone or video link. So yes, we are here to provide the support you need during this difficult time. In the pas...t week, we have spoken to clients who should be at home, but can't get food delivered, or one who fell over on the street, and stopped by to rest until he felt ready to walk home. We will do whatever we can to support our community through this tough time. That includes modifying the way we work to keep everyone safe.
