19.01.2022 2020 Junior Season Update Today’s Media announcement that the 2020 Junior Season will proceed has taken all club’s by surprise as we were advised that a decision would be deferred until Monday 29/6/2020, giving everyone time to consider their position.. All Clubs have been asked to respond with potential team/s involvement based on committed numbers so a fixture can be determined: some of you may be already aware that a number of clubs have advised that they will not particip...ate in 2020. Our Club will work with the junior football and netball coordinators and coaches and NBFNC Board to establish a collective response. AFL and Netball Vic have only just released their return to play protocols, these together with State and local Council requirements will form a major part of the final Club review and decision. The safety and wellbeing of the kids, coaches, volunteers and parents is paramount to us all. Thank you for your understanding and patience, much appreciated. Stay Safe!

North Ballarat Football & Netball Club (Ballarat Football Netball League) is seeking expressions of interest for the role of Head Coach Football (Playing or Non-Playing) for season 2021 and beyond. North Ballarat is proud of its history as one of the most successful country football clubs and looks forward to appointing a suitably qualified coach who will build on this history and create a future of sustained success.... The Head Coach will play a vital role in the development of all players at the Club and will be suitably supported by Manager, Football Operations (Part-Time), Chief Executive Officer and Committee. 17.01.2022 After a year that most would like to forget, our Club is doing what it can to make sure keep growing and playing our part in the community. A vital part of our survival will be participation in the "Toyota Good for Footy" Fundraising Raffle. We are asking all our players, supporters & the footballing community to get on board and support us. If everyone can purchase just one ticket, it will go a long way to helping us through this time. 100% of the proceeds will be going to the Club with three Toyota cars to be won and lots of other prizes - tickets are only $5! 17.01.2022 As we all know this years Season has been cancelled meaning funds our Club would normally raise through raffle tickets, bar sales, events, memberships etc. are no longer possible. But you can still help out Northies! The Toyota Good For Footy raffle gives Clubs across Australia the chance to raise money - with 100% of all ticket sales going back to the Club. ... But YOU win too - with 3 Toyota cars and lots of other prizes including two x 2 1/2 hour training sessions with an AFL Star - up for grabs. 12.01.2022 The North Ballarat Football & Netball Club is deeply saddened by the passing of former North Ballarat footballer Angus Cleary. Angus was a member of our Under 18.5 Premiership side in 2014, and during his time at the club was a great team mate & friend to many. We extend our condolences to Angus’s family, friends, the Redan Football Netball Club and all that knew him. He will be dearly missed.

02.01.2022 VALE Kevin Linane The North Ballarat Football Club are mourning the sudden passing of Life Member and Hall of Fame inductee, Kevin Linane. Kevin was an active and passionate Northie, involved in all facets of the Club for over 60 years, as a player, junior coach, and administrator. We extend our deepest sympathy to Marie, David, Robert, Jenny & family. May he rest in peace.
